Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Business Head - Solar Pumps Division, located in Chennai / Ahmedabad. The Business Head will develop strategic plans for market growth, business development and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include leading a team, developing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to drive business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Government schemes.
  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Strategic planning and project management skills
  • Sales and marketing skills, including market analysis and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of solar Pump solutions and sustainable energy systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record in a similar role within the energy sector
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai / AHMEDABAD.
