Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive refurbishment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Drive business growth through market expansion, partnerships, and operational excellence.

Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end refurbishment processes including diagnostics, repair, quality assurance, and packaging.
Establish and maintain SOPs for refurbishment and inventory control.
Ensure Cost Control
Ensure Productivity

Team & Vendor Coordination

Lead cross-functional teams including technicians, logistics, and sales.
Manage vendor relationships for sourcing parts and disposal of e-waste.

Compliance & Sustainability

Ensure adherence to e-waste management regulations and sustainable practices.
Implement quality standards and safety protocols across the unit.

Financial Oversight

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization plans.
Monitor KPIs and drive profitability.

Qualifications

MBA & Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, refurbishment techniques, and quality standards.
Familiarity with e-waste regulations and circular economy principles.
