Business Head - Interior Design & Signage | Architect | Delhi NCR

Primary Responsibilities

• Represent the company in

  client meetings, design presentations, and business discussions.

• Lead

  concept design direction, space planning, and creative strategy

  for projects.
• Supervise the

  junior architects work

  , ensuring precision, design quality, and timely output.
• Review design drawings, layouts, and presentations with a clear understanding of technical workflows.
  
• Drive

  business development

  and maintain client relationships across corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors.
• Collaborate with senior management for

  strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives.

• Conduct

  regular site visits and project status reviews

  across different cities.
• Represent the company in

  industry forums, networking events, and architectural exhibitions.

Required Skills

• Excellent understanding of

  interior and signage design principles.

• Working knowledge of

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other design tools

  to

  guide and oversee

  the design teams work.
• Awareness of

  AI-based design tools and visualization platforms (Midjourney, Planner5D, Reroom AI, etc.)

  and how they can enhance design presentations and creative workflows.
• Strong

  aesthetic sense, spatial understanding, and material knowledge.

• Exceptional

  communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.

• Leadership qualities with the ability to

  mentor teams and manage operations.

• Willingness to

  travel nationwide

  for presentations, client meetings, and project reviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education:

  B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed architecture or design institution.

• Experience:

  6-9 years in

  interiors / architecture / design & build firms.

• Personality:

  Smart, articulate, well-presented, and business-oriented.

• Gender:

  Female (preferred for this client-facing leadership role).
