Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, practical, and people-driven Project Manager to lead our on-site operations for turnkey interior and signage projects. This role demands a professional who thrives on solving real-time

challenges, coordinating between clients, architects, and vendors, and ensuring top-quality delivery from star to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and supervise interior and signage project execution.
Handle day-to-day site management, quality control, and progress tracking.
Coordinate between client, architect, consultants, and internal teams.
Understand design intent and interpret technical drawings accurately.
Manage procurement, vendor allocation, and on-site manpower.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate status updates.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
Support in material selection, mock-ups, and client presentations.
Travel to project sites within NCR and across India when required.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of interior & signage execution process.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Ability to read & interpret CAD drawings and BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation.
Practical problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Team management and leadership at site level.
Time management and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs or branding works.
Exposure to corporate, retail, or hospitality projects.
Knowledge of signage fabrication and faade systems is a strong plus
