Position Overview

Youll lead the execution of interior fitout projects across properties luxury hotels and resortsfrom design planning to final handover. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• **Project Planning & Coordination**

• Execution & Monitoring

• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  – Lead and motivate internal teams and external partners. – Serve as client liaison on interior design matters and resolve issues proactively.
• **Budget & Quality Control**

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
  

• 5+ years
