Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, practical, and people-driven Project Manager to lead our on-site operations for turnkey interior and signage projects. This role demands a professional who thrives on solving real-time challenges, coordinating between clients, architects, and vendors, and ensuring top-quality delivery from star to finish. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise interior and signage project execution. Handle day-to-day site management, quality control, and progress tracking. Coordinate between client, architect, consultants, and internal teams. Understand design intent and interpret technical drawings accurately. Manage procurement, vendor allocation, and on-site manpower. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate status updates. Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/site issues promptly. Support in material selection, mock-ups, and client presentations. Travel to project sites within NCR and across India when required. Required Skills: Strong understanding of interior & signage execution process. Excellent communication and client management skills. Ability to read & interpret CAD drawings and BOQs. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation. Practical problem-solving and decision-making ability. Team management and leadership at site level. Time management and multitasking skills. Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Architecture. 4-6 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-outs or branding works. Exposure to corporate, retail, or hospitality projects. Knowledge of signage fabrication and faade systems is a strong plus
Primary Responsibilities Represent the company in client meetings, design presentations, and business discussions. Lead concept design direction, space planning, and creative strategy for projects. Supervise the junior architects work , ensuring precision, design quality, and timely output. Review design drawings, layouts, and presentations with a clear understanding of technical workflows. Drive business development and maintain client relationships across corporate, retail, and hospitality sectors. Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning, budgeting, and growth initiatives. Conduct regular site visits and project status reviews across different cities. Represent the company in industry forums, networking events, and architectural exhibitions. Required Skills Excellent understanding of interior and signage design principles. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, CorelDraw, and other design tools to guide and oversee the design teams work. Awareness of AI-based design tools and visualization platforms (Midjourney, Planner5D, Reroom AI, etc.) and how they can enhance design presentations and creative workflows. Strong aesthetic sense, spatial understanding, and material knowledge. Exceptional communication, client-handling, and presentation skills. Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor teams and manage operations. Willingness to travel nationwide for presentations, client meetings, and project reviews. Preferred Candidate Profile Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a reputed architecture or design institution. Experience: 6-9 years in interiors / architecture / design & build firms. Personality: Smart, articulate, well-presented, and business-oriented. Gender: Female (preferred for this client-facing leadership role).
