Roles and Responsibilities:

Facilitate Building Information Modeling (BIM) design, management, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with design teams to develop and refine design concepts.
Prepare and review documents during the design development and detailed design phases.
Conduct engineering studies and schematic designs for new systems.
Analyze the operation and performance of existing systems.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) technologies to create sketches, drawings, and construction documents.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with clients and site teams to align project goals.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in interior project execution and site coordination.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Hands-on experience with CAD tools and design documentation.
Familiarity with BIM design and management for interior and civil projects.
Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage interactions between clients, design teams, and site engineers.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and timelines.
Knowledge of project planning, resource allocation, and on-site supervision.
Understanding of safety and compliance standards in construction.
