Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for an Architect at Shilpi Builders. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces, and delivering designs that align with project requirements. The Architect will coordinate with team members for project execution, manage timelines, oversee integration with construction teams, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The candidate will also contribute to innovative design solutions and project management activities. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a deep understanding of building systems and aesthetics. Experience in Project Management with the ability to handle timelines, client communication, team collaboration, and resource allocations Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in developing innovative design solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Proficiency in design and drafting software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. Familiarity with sustainable design practices and relevant building regulations is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills essential for a client-focused approach.
