Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Drafting

   :
• Assist in the creation of architectural drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools.
• Develop conceptual and detailed designs based on project requirements.

2. Project Documentation

   :
• Help prepare detailed documentation for construction projects, including blueprints, material specifications, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.

3. Client Interaction

   :
• Assist in meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants to understand project needs and relay design plans.

4. Site Visits and Coordination

   :
• Attend site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with design.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction project.

5. Research

   :
• Conduct research on materials, construction methods, and architectural trends to inform design decisions.

6. Collaboration

   :
• Work closely with senior architects and the design team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Education

  : Bachelors degree in Architecture.

• Skills

  : Proficiency in architectural design software, strong drawing and visualization skills, and knowledge of building codes and standards.

• Experience

  : Fresh graduates or 2-3 years of experience in architectural design.

• Traits

  : Attention to detail, creativity, ability to work in a team, and good communication skills.
