Job Description

Responsible for leading the end-to-end sourcing strategy and operations for non-denim products. This senior role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing suppliers to ensure the highest quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of non-denim products. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in non-denim sourcing, a strong network of non-denim suppliers, and experience in managing complex supply chains in the apparel industry. Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving Non-denim Market Expertise Supplier and Relationship Management Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in sourcing, with at least 5 years focused on the non-denim category in the apparel industry. Strong network of non-denim suppliers and proven experience managing global supply chains for non-denim. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and sourcing tools; familiarity with digital sourcing platforms is a plus. Perks and benefits 20-25 LPA, independent working.
