Job Title: Buying & Merchandising Location: Gurgaon CTC: 15 to 35 LPA Industry: Luxury Retail Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Buying & Merchandising to join a leading luxury retail brand in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for fashion, experience in luxury product curation, and proven capabilities in driving revenue through strategic buying and merchandise planning. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end buying processes including assortment planning, vendor management, and product selection. Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market data to create demand-based purchase plans. Develop and manage seasonal OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets and ensure alignment with business goals. Coordinate with global and domestic suppliers to ensure timely availability of merchandise. Execute merchandising strategies to maximize revenue, sell-through rates, and inventory turnover. Collaborate with visual merchandising, store operations, and marketing teams for product presentation and promotional planning. Manage stock replenishment, markdowns, and inventory control. Monitor and evaluate product performance through weekly and monthly reporting. Ensure alignment with brand aesthetics, pricing strategy, and customer expectations.
