• Strategic Leadership:

  Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales teams to ensure high performance, goal alignment, and consistent achievement of sales objectives.

• Business Expansion:

  Identify and develop new business opportunities, dealership networks, and channel partnerships across India to strengthen Ceeons presence.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct regular market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs translating insights into actionable business plans.

• Sales Operations:

  Oversee pricing strategies, sales forecasting, product positioning, and promotional planning in collaboration with the marketing and product teams.

• Customer Relations:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Brand Development:

  Represent

  as a brand ambassador, promoting the companys commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable mobility.

• Cross-Functional Coordination:

  Work closely with production, finance, logistics, and service departments to ensure seamless operations and customer fulfillment.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

• Vision Alignment:

  Contribute to strategic decision-making and assist the management in steering Ceeon India’s expansion plans in line with its “Green India” vision.

A candidate should have experience in the AUTOMOBILE industry in Sales and related operations.

Candidate will be more preferred if belonging to the EV( electric vehicle) Industry.
