Business Functional Analyst BFA, AVP

Role Overview: You will be working as a Business Functional Analyst [BFA], AVP in Pune, India, responsible for designing SaaS Apps and APIs catering to corporate banking customers. As part of a cross-functional agile delivery team, you will contribute to all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis to production support, with a focus on utilizing the latest technologies and practices to deliver business value. Key Responsibilities: - Act as BFA for development and enhancement of the API based SaaS platform, specializing in Corporate Banking areas. - Articulate clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and review technical specs to ensure quality assurance. - Connect APIs to Business Objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to gather product requirements. - Ensure the product backlog alignment with the product roadmap and document functional and non-functional requirements for test scenarios. - Participate in all scrum team ceremonies as a BFA. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred. - 5+ years of experience working as a BFA, preferably in the SaaS industry for Corporate Banking customers. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies, tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira, ADO), and API-first designed products. - Strong communication, collaboration, conflict management, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable product plans. - Knowledge of Development, Automation, and DevOps/SRE is a plus.
