Job Description

As a Business Executive - Sales and Retention at Loop, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving customer goals, expanding revenue, and enhancing product utilization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the activation, engagement, success, retention, and growth of Loop's clients through impactful and high-value business development and retention activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring upcoming renewals for assigned clients and proactively communicating with them. - Gathering complete and accurate data for renewals, policy reviews, and analysis to provide sound advice on policy changes. - Obtaining competitive quotes from Insurance Companies or liaising with the underwriting department for the best quote. - Ensuring timely collection and remittance of premiums to the respective Insurance Company accounts. - Coordinating the collection and delivery of insurance policies to clients within set timelines. - Accurately entering renewal details in the Operational Software and ensuring policy execution on time. - Proactively approaching potential clients to achieve meeting targets and assisting them in understanding policy details. - Maintaining updated company and services vertical presentations for client interactions. - Collaborating with Underwriters to recommend suitable insurance products and enhance client retention. - Building and nurturing business relationships with existing clients to achieve a 100% retention rate. Preferred Skills: - Proficiency in understanding policy provisions and effectively communicating them to customers. - Serving as a liaison between Underwriters/claims team and clients to facilitate seamless communication. - Assisting the claims team in collecting necessary documents from clients. - Staying updated on insurance industry trends, policies, and product changes. - Generating and submitting client visit reports, business conversion reports, and other required documents. Qualifications: - Any degree/diploma. Prior experience in the insurance industry is beneficial. - Strong communication (verbal and written), analytical, presentation, and reporting skills. - Ability to read and interpret documents, actively listen, and analyze information effectively. This role at Loop requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage sales and retention activities to drive business growth and client satisfaction.,
