Role Overview: As an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Real Beez Estates Pvt LTD, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support to the Managing Director. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills will ensure smooth daily operations and effective management of executive priorities. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion in a dynamic work environment will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries to optimize time management and task prioritization. - Provide high-level administrative and executive support by preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation. - Coordinate meetings, conferences, and communications to facilitate smooth operations across departments. - Draft and review correspondence, emails, and official communication on behalf of the Managing Director. - Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. - Organize and maintain records, files, and databases with a focus on confidentiality and easy accessibility of critical information. - Follow up on pending matters and ensure timely execution of assigned actions or deliverables. - Support event coordination, project tracking, and operational planning activities as needed. - Anticipate the Managing Director's needs and provide proactive administrative solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Administrative Executive, preferably supporting senior leadership. - Strong command of Executive Administrative Assistance, Diary Management, and Operational Coordination. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting professional correspondence. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital communication tools. - Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Professional demeanor with discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters. - Prior experience in the Real Estate industry will be considered an added advantage.,
