About Us:
Junior Cube Association (JCA) is a global platform dedicated to promoting cubing as a sport for children. We organize championships, group record attempts, school tie-ups, and creative initiatives like Rubik’s Cube mosaics. Our mission is to build a complete cubing ecosystem that encourages skill development, competition, and creativity among juniors.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Executive (female candidate preferred) to manage both administrative and marketing responsibilities for JCA. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, handling parent/student queries, and supporting the growth of our programs and championships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative:
• Handle registrations, records, and day-to-day coordination.
• Manage communication with schools, parents, and partner organizations.
• Support event operations (online & offline).
• Marketing:
• Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with design/content team for posts, flyers, and announcements.
• Promote JCA programs, championships, and record attempts.
• Support in outreach for school collaborations and CSR tie-ups.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication & coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Prior experience in admin or marketing roles is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
