Business Executive and Marketing Associate

*Job Opening: Social Media Executive*

✅ *Position:* Social Media Executive

✅ *Location:* Ghatkopar, Mumbai

✅ *Days at Office:* Monday to Saturday

✅ *Salary:* ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (with incentives for sponsorship & mentor enrollment upon confirmation)

### *Responsibilities:*

- Manage & grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

- Create & schedule engaging posts (5 per week).

- Respond to messages & assist parents and mentors with championship registration.

- Plan & execute paid ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram).

- Coordinate with the design team for content & creatives.

- Run engagement activities (polls, quizzes, giveaways).

- Track & report social media performance.

- Conduct basic sales calls for participant and sponsor follow-ups.

- Expand business network via LinkedIn & Email Marketing.

- Analyze landing pages & blogging sites.

### *Requirements:*

- Experience in social media marketing & content creation.

- Familiarity with Canva & Meta Business Suite.

- Strong English & Hindi communication skills.

- Ability to create reels, short videos & graphics.

- Confidence in handling sales calls.

### *Preferred Skills:*

- Experience in managing event or education-related social media.

- Knowledge of Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager.

- Ability to work independently & in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
