Job Description

We are seeking an experienced freelance Business Sales Executive to join our team. We're a growing IT company specializing in software and web development and digital marketing services. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing new business deals to drive revenue growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients, generate new leads through various channels and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and challenges, then present our custom software, web development, and digital marketing solutions as the ideal fit.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals, present solutions to key stakeholders, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results regularly.

Who You Are

  • Proven Sales Track Record: You have at least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the IT or technology services industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: You have a solid understanding of the software development life cycle, web technologies, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent Communicator: You can articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-Oriented: You have a strong drive to succeed, are highly motivated by achieving targets, and are persistent in your sales efforts.
  • Independent & Proactive: As a freelancer, you're a self-starter who doesn't require constant supervision. You're comfortable managing your own schedule and workload to deliver results.
  • Negotiation Skills: You're a skilled negotiator who can close deals effectively.
