Business Executive

We are looking for passionate and driven Business Executives to join our expanding team. As the face of Arrownova in your territory, you will build meaningful relationships with doctors, promote our trusted product range, and contribute to our mission of delivering better health through science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Arrownova’s products to healthcare professionals, including General Practitioners, Orthopaedicians, Diabetologists, and other specialists.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockists in the assigned territory.

• Execute marketing strategies and ensure product availability at the retail and distribution levels.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular market feedback to the reporting manager.

• Conduct effective product detailing and stay updated on competitor activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: Any degree (Science background preferred, but not mandatory)

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a passion for pharma sales are welcome)

• Skills: Good communication, willingness to travel, target-oriented mindset, team player

• Language: Tamil (mandatory), basic English proficiency
