Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a First Line Manager, based in Tiruchirappalli. The First Line Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure effective execution of organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, providing training, ensuring operational efficiency, analyzing processes, and driving results through strong communication and leadership skills.

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate processes and drive improvements
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and stakeholders
• Operations Management expertise for overseeing workflows and ensuring efficiency
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a team leadership or management role is advantageous
