About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Director for its Enterprise Business and Resiliency function in the India and Philippines region. This role will lead Resiliency and Incident Management across the region - spanning four locations and 50,000 employees, including over 500 functions with recovery times under 24 hours.
This senior leader will provide leadership across a 60-member EBR team (20% of global EBR), with global accountability for Quality Review, Global Incident Command Center (GICC), operational resiliency, strategic change, and tool migrations (ORS/ORCS-ODIN).
The position will also be responsible for essential regulatory engagementS (FRB/OCC), internal control ownership, and driving transformation initiatives such as AI-enabled quality reviews and digital crisis response tools.
