Change Agent,Analytical & problems solving, Interpersonal Communication, Leadership Skills, Project Management, Mastery In Excel and MS Office

Kaizen- Helping Employees in kaizen implementation, recording, maintaining kaizen dashboard and R&R Process.

5S Implementation - Budgeting, Facilitating, Supporting plant team in 5S Awareness, Implementation.

Quality Circle - Implementation of quality circle concept in various divisions.

Plant SOPs -Writing Managing change in the SOPs to keep updated and rubust SOPs as per plant requirement. knowledge of flow charting and MS visio is must.

WCM & Operational Excellence - Organizing and coordinating meetings of various committees, Recording & Sharing MOMs Sharing action Plan.

Driving & Facilitating Completion of FIPs - Providing Methodology, Data analysis, organizing weekly meeting, sharing MOM and doing follow us for action plans implementations Supporting project teams in preparing project PPT Preparations.

Intergrated ISO Management- Faciltating Certifications of QMS:9001 EMS 14001, OHSMS:45001,

NC resolution, conducting internal audits and coordnating external audits and maintating all the related records.

Other Related Miscellaneous- Managing MIS reports as per in the requirement of WCM managing the change, branding of excellence, need based CAPA implementation as per the directives of plant manager, identifying waste in manufacturing and facilitating elimination or reduction, sharing MIS reports of WCM and any other job as when assigned by the plant head and corporate business excellence head Etc.
