Business Enablement Specialist-NRI

As a Business Enablement Specialist at AssetPlus, your main responsibility will be to develop and expand the NRI ecosystem. This will involve enabling partners to effectively acquire, manage, and grow their NRI clientele through cross-functional collaboration, scalable sales enablement programs, and ensuring operational excellence in onboarding and servicing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the NRI ecosystem at AssetPlus - Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth onboarding, transactions, and reporting for NRIs - Build sales enablement initiatives to help partners acquire and grow their NRI business - Track and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and activities - Drive tangible and sustainable growth of the NRI business as per company-defined metrics Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in business development, wealth management, or partner/channel enablement roles within the financial services or fintech space - Strong understanding of NRI investment regulations, financial products, and market dynamics - Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and convert them into actionable strategies - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills In addition, joining AssetPlus will provide you with the opportunity to build and scale a high-impact business vertical in a fast-growing fintech environment.
