Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development professional specializing in Derma (Skin Care & Hair Care) Actives. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and formulating business plans. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.

• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Business Development, particularly in the skincare and haircare industry
• Strong understanding of raw materials and active ingredients in personal care
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Cosmetics, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Cover Haryana, Punjab, Himachal, J&K clients
