Role: Growth Buddy (MOST IMPORTANT)

Think of this as the “business heartbeat” role.
You’re the person who keeps our growth moving every single day.

You will:
call schools (don’t worry, scripts on us)handle admissions & student queriesfollow up with warm leadsbuild relationships & do basic PRhelp expand GSLO’s presence in the education space

If you’re confident, soft-spoken, people-friendly, and lowkey obsessed with getting results… this role is literally you-coded.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES1️ School Outreach & PR

• Call schools for collaborations
• Fix demo sessions
• Pitch Spoken English & Communication programs
• Maintain school contact list
• Follow up like a pro

2️ Admissions Support

• Talk to prospective students/parents
• Share batch info
• Help them pick the right course
• Solve doubts
• Convert enquiries into admissions

3️ Lead Follow-Up (IMPORTANT)

• Call + WhatsApp follow-ups
• Mark high-intent leads
• Maintain daily tracking sheet
• Push warm leads toward demos/workshops
• Be consistent (not spammy)

4️ PR & Brand Relationships

• Build positive connections with students
• Handle feedback
• Give a “GSLO experience” in every interaction

5️ Reporting

• Daily update sheet
• Lead status
• Target-based improvements

STIPEND STRUCTURE: Certificate + PPO Track

Month 1:
Training + skill development (no stipend).

Month 2 & 3:
Performance-based incentives (no fixed pay).

After 3 Months:
If performance is strong → Paid PPO role available as revenue grows.
