We rise together here. ✨ JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for a creative, proactive, scroll-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern who lives on Instagram, YouTube & reels the way people breathe. If you’re obsessed with trends, ideas strike you at 2 AM, and your camera roll is 90% screenshots of aesthetic posts… girl/bestie/king, this role is literally calling your name. You’ll work directly with the Co-founder (hi ), help shape the brand identity, and create content that actually brings students to our Spoken English ecosystem. This is not a task-based “just post and go” internship — this is your first step into the core team of a growing educational startup. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Content Creation Create reels, shorts, stories, static posts Shoot + edit BTS, testimonials, founder clips Script trend-based + value-based videos Design carousels for Instagram + LinkedIn 2. Social Media Management Handle IG, YT, FB Post daily or as per the calendar Respond to comments and DMs Build relationships with followers 3. Lead Generation This is the business core and the part that helps GSLO grow: Convert DMs into warm leads Chat with prospects (script provided) Share details of our ongoing batches Maintain a daily lead tracking sheet Identify high-intent leads and mark them Collect contact details of potential students Push leads to WhatsApp broadcast groups Follow up respectfully and strategically Drive sign-ups for demos / workshops Coordinate with founder for high-value enquiries 4. Performance & Analytics Track reel performance Measure engagement + CTR Evaluate lead quality Suggest improvements 5. Branding & Strategy Help with campaign ideas Work on brand voice Run engagement activities Assist in launch campaigns STIPEND STRUCTURE: Certificate + PPO Track ✨ Month 1: No stipend, only training + skill development + performance opportunities. ✨ Month 2 & 3: If they perform well → Activate performance incentives (no fixed pay). ✨ After 3 months: They become eligible for a paid role (PPO) when revenue stabilizes .
