As a Salesperson specializing in VLSI / Semiconductor (R&D) Projects and Resource Augmentation services, your role involves driving sales and revenue growth by promoting cutting-edge solutions in the VLSI / Semiconductor field. Your primary focus will be on establishing and expanding client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring successful project delivery. In the realm of Business Development, you are expected to identify and pursue new opportunities in VLSI and Resource Augmentation while developing a strong understanding of client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions effectively. Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and networking is essential for success. Client Relationship Management is a key aspect where you will cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients. Understanding client requirements and collaborating with technical teams to propose customized solutions are crucial tasks. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and serving as the primary point of contact for client communication are also part of your responsibilities. Having a strong grasp of Technical Understanding is vital. This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of VLSI, R&D processes, and resource augmentation models. Effectively communicating technical concepts to clients and addressing their concerns with confidence is expected from you. In Proposal Development, you will collaborate with technical teams to create detailed project proposals and service offerings. Preparing and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients to showcase the value of services is a key component of your role. Sales Strategy and Planning require you to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets. Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine the sales approach accordingly is crucial for success. Project Coordination involves working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Providing ongoing support to clients throughout the project lifecycle is part of your responsibilities. Conducting Market Research is essential to identify potential clients, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Utilizing research findings to enhance sales strategies and offerings is a fundamental aspect of your role. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, proven experience in sales (preferably in VLSI / Semiconductor or technology solutions), strong technical acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive and self-motivated attitude, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the field.,
