🎯 Role Overview:

As a Business Development Trainee, you will support our gifting division by identifying potential clients, curating personalized gifting experiences, and helping us scale our presence among luxury buyers, corporates, and HNIs during the Diwali season.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in

  identifying and reaching out to corporate clients, real estate developers, luxury brands, and HNIs

  for premium Diwali gifting.
• Maintain and update CRM for

  lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion metrics

  .
• Support in creating and sharing

  pitch decks, catalogs, and festive gift proposals

  .
• Build and nurture relationships with

  admin teams, HR heads, gifting coordinators

  , and

  executive assistants

  of corporate houses.
• Assist in planning and executing

  festive campaigns

  and

  Diwali gifting activations

  .
• Conduct market research to identify new

  luxury gifting trends

  and

  competition analysis

  .

👤 Who We’re Looking For:

• Passion for premium products, gifting, and luxury segment marketing.
• Self-starter, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of CRM, Google Workspace, and Excel is a plus.
• Prior internship or exposure to luxury products, B2B sales, or event gifting is a bonus.
