Business Development & Trade Executive – Pharma

Role Summary:

This role combines pharmaceutical knowledge with business development and trade coordination. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new pharma clients, managing commercial communication, and ensuring smooth execution of trades. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business with pharma manufacturers and formulators
• Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to represent Unilink and explore new opportunities
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners to execute trades
• Manage documentation: purchase orders, invoices, COAs, MSDS, etc.
• Follow up on shipments, payments, and customer queries
• Use AI tools to improve workflows, research, and communication
• Maintain records and provide market feedback to management

Qualifications:

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm (required)
• Basic understanding of B2B pharma trade and product categories
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable with Excel, email, and digital tools
• Interest in using AI to improve efficiency
• Willing to travel occasionally for client visits and exhibitions
• Language: English (fluent); Hindi/Gujarati (preferred)
