About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager and Executives Business Development / Admission Sales to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on driving admissions for professional courses , managing the end-to-end sales process, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced EdTech environment. As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, counseling them on our offerings, and converting leads into successful admissions. Youll play a crucial role in scaling our sales efforts and building strong customer relationships . Key Responsibilities: Drive business development initiatives and meet/exceed admissions and revenue targets Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation, counseling, and follow-ups to closing admissions Conduct detailed counseling sessions with prospective students/working professionals Identify and understand the needs of prospective learners to offer customized course recommendations Build and nurture strong relationships with leads to ensure high conversion rates Collaborate with the marketing team to run successful campaigns and ensure quality lead flow Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and lead status on CRM Provide insights and feedback to improve the admission process and learner experience Stay updated with the latest industry trends and course offerings Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 1-5 years of experience in EdTech Sales / Admission Counseling / Business Development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation and counseling abilities Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Experience in selling professional courses or certifications will be a plus Immediate joiners preferred
