Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist at our Noida location. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand client needs, developing and executing strategies for lead generation, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and collaborating with various teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
• Experience with Lead Generation and Market Research techniques
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with the accounting and consulting industry is a plus
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is highly desirable
