As a Business Development Manager in the Industrial Automation & Robotics sector, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the automation and robotics sector. - Generating leads, following up with prospects, and converting them into clients. - Building strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and industrial customers. - Understanding customer needs and coordinating with the technical team for suitable solutions. - Preparing proposals, quotations, and product presentations. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Staying updated on automation market trends and competitor activities. In order to excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing. - 5+ years of experience in sales or business development. - Experience in the automation industry is preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Freshers passionate about automation sales may also apply.
