Job Title: Business Development – Solar EPC (Residential) Location: Faridabad Department: Sales & Business Development Industry: Solar / Renewable Energy Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for our Solar EPC Residential division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with residential customers, and closing sales for rooftop solar projects. The role requires strong communication skills, solar industry knowledge, and the ability to deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities:Identify, generate, and qualify leads for residential solar EPC projects. Meet potential customers, conduct site surveys, and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing residential solar rooftop projects. Maintain customer database and provide regular sales reports to management. Ensure customer satisfaction from lead generation to post-installation support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Residential Projects). Strong knowledge of solar rooftop systems, net metering, and subsidy schemes. Ability to build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
