As a Business Development Manager, your role involves visiting bakery & ice-cream clients to explain products and their applications. You will be responsible for sales visits, taking orders, monitoring supply management, and solving technical problems at production sites. Utilizing technical personnel efficiently to focus on specific products and generate orders is crucial. Additionally, you will conduct events and promotions regularly in the assigned territory to boost sales. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting sales visits and order management - Solving technical issues in production places - Organizing events and promotions in the assigned territory - Reporting daily and maintaining monthly records as per company standards - Representing the company at national exhibitions - Traveling 15-20 days per month for sales in the assigned zone - Ensuring the proper stock position of goods at dealer points - Closing new business deals and integrating contract requirements with business operations To excel in this role, you should possess: - Good communication and management skills - Graduation or MBA in Marketing - Experience in the bakery or ice-cream industry is preferred - Strong business acumen - Deep understanding of marketing principles - Positive attitude and negotiation skills - Attention to detail and good listening skills - Knowledge of business operations - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion This full-time, permanent position requires you to work day shifts at the Trivandrum location.
