Business Development & Sales Manager – Punjabi / Hindi Speaking (Commission Only, Part-Time)

About Us:

We are a Punjabi-language newspaper based Interntionally, dedicated to serving and connecting the Punjabi-speaking community across the world. We are seeking a motivated and well-networked Business Development Manager to drive advertising sales, partnerships, and overall business growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and advertising clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and outreach.
• Travel within Punjab to meet with clients, attend events, and represent the newspaper.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Report regularly on progress, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements:

• Must be India (Punjab) based with the ability to travel across the country as needed.
• 3–5 years of proven business development and networking experience.
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluency in Punjabi (Gurmukhi) is an advantage and or Hindi is Mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.

Compensation:

• Commission-only, part-time role based on sales performance.
• Attractive commission structure with high earning potential for strong performers.
