Role Overview:

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts with engaging content.
• Create and publish posts, reels, and stories in

  Punjabi (Gurmukhi script)

• Develop strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
• Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to comments, messages, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Punjabi (must be able to read and write in Gurmukhi script).

• Strong command of English (for coordination and occasional bilingual posts).
• Prior experience managing social media accounts (media, news, or community platforms preferred).
• Creativity in developing engaging visuals and text.
• Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and community engagement strategies.
• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools (preferred).
