Job Description

As a Technical Sales Manager in Energy Management, your role will be performance-driven, focusing on revenue, conversion, and client acquisition. You will be a high-impact sales leader responsible for delivering guaranteed results in energy management solutions, walkthrough audits, and ENCON services. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering monthly and annual sales targets through focused market outreach. - Generating qualified leads consistently and building a strong opportunity pipeline. - Converting proposals to orders with high win rates. - Translating customer problems into clear, actionable solutions from our energy management portfolio. - Preparing sharp techno-commercial offers that drive quick decision-making. - Closing deals faster by managing the complete sales cycle end-to-end. - Maintaining 100% accuracy for forecasting and performance tracking. - Strengthening customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business. For this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - BE (Electrical/Mechanical) with a strong technical understanding. - 2+ years of proven sales achievement in engineering/energy domains. - High-conversion communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
