Requirements

• Prior work experience (internships, projects, or roles)
• Own laptop or PC with stable internet connection
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Preferred: hands-on experience in business development, cold email outreach, or LinkedIn marketing

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold LinkedIn direct messages (DMs)
• Execute cold email outreach campaigns to prospects
• Research and compile lead lists from provided sources
• Maintain accurate tracking of all outreach and responses

Interview process

• Round 1: Resume screening

• Round 2: Recruitment or hiring manager conversation

• Round 3: Task-based evaluation or assignment
