About the team

We’re building AI-powered, automated workflows for compliance-heavy business processes. You’ll work closely with domain SMEs to translate rules and manual steps into scalable AI/ML-driven automation on Databricks and Azure.

What you’ll do

• Build & deploy automated workflows for regulatory/compliance processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).
• Design agentic flows (LangChain/AutoGen) to orchestrate data pipelines and decisions.
• Implement impact analysis for

  risk, compliance, and cost

  assessments.
• Leverage

  Databricks

  (notebooks, jobs, DLT) for large-scale workflows and monitoring.
• Productionize solutions with CI/CD; containerize using

  Docker/Kubernetes

  on

  Azure

  .
• Partner with SMEs and engineering to re-design processes for scalability and auditability.

Must-have skills

• Python

  (strong), Prompt Engineering,

  LangChain / AutoGen

  (agentic workflows).

• Databricks

  expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring.
• Familiarity with

  regulatory/compliance

  data and workflows.
• CI/CD (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps),

  Docker/K8s

  , cloud deployment (

  Azure

  preferred).
• Strong problem solving & stakeholder communication.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with event-driven architectures, feature stores, and policy-as-code.
• Exposure to governance/lineage/observability tools.

Experience bands

• Lead AI Engineer:

  7–10+ years overall; 3+ years in AI workflow automation; prior mentoring/ownership of production systems.

• Intermediate AI Engineer:

  3–6 years overall; hands-on with Databricks + agent frameworks; eager to own modules end-to-end.
