Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their needs • Be a trusted Skin Consultant to every customer by offering guidance and long-term care plans o Recommend Avataar’s treatments and skincare plans based on customer concerns and goals o Present the USPs and scientific benefits of treatments like Laser Hair Reduction, Glutathione IV, Anti-Ageing Facials, etc. • Achieve daily/monthly targets across Process [e.g. Talktime (Hrs), #Connected Calls] and Revenue. Few KRAs as below [This is subjected to evolve based on business requirements] o Maintaining a minimum of 5 hours of active dialer time per day o Ensuring at least 120 minutes of total talk time daily o Executing WhatsApp follow-ups as per the defined communication cadence on all high-priority leads • Maintain accurate customer interaction logs in the CRM (LeadSquared) • Follow up diligently to nurture leads and maximize conversions Key Requirements • Graduation degree in any field • Excellent communication skills—spoken and written (English & Hindi) • Strong persuasion, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills • Willingness to learn about skincare and aesthetic treatments • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
