The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding students towards a successful career in the animation, VFX, and multimedia industry through effective counseling and admissions support. Key Responsibilities:Course Counselling: Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries regarding various courses offered at MAAC. Student Engagement: Build rapport with students and understand their aspirations to suggest the most suitable course options. Parental Interaction: Address and resolve parents’ queries with professionalism and empathy. Follow-Ups: Maintain proper records of all inquiries and ensure consistent and timely follow-up. Database Management: Maintain and update the student database on a daily basis. Industry Orientation: Explain career opportunities in the animation and multimedia industry to potential students. Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and general administrative work efficiently. Batch Management: Coordinate and assist in managing student batches and scheduling.
