Required Skills: Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication is crucial for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. Excellent Negotiation Skills: Recruiters need to negotiate job offers and compensation packages. Proficiency in HR Software: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is essential.
