About the Role

We are seeking a self-driven Business Development & Sale Executive who can blend sales hunting with smart marketing execution. This is not a back-office role ,you'll be at the frontline generating leads, making cold calls, pitching services, and closing deals, while also leveraging digital platforms to support client acquisition. If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and can combine strategy with hands-on execution, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads through e-commerce platforms, directories, portals, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

Make hard cold calls, handle objections, and drive conversations to closure.

Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified business opportunities.

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, offline).

Track pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, and report on KPIs/ROI.

Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales cycle.

Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.

Contribute to brainstorming and growth initiatives with leadership.

Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, etc., for content, outreach, and research automation.

Have experience in Appointment Setting, Business Development, Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Email Marketing, Sales, and Research & Development.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or relevant field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and cold calling.

Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; Hindi/Marathi a plus.

Strong digital marketing skills CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns.

Familiarity with Canva/Adobe Suite preferred.

Analytical mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
