BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES ASSOCIATE

We are looking for a Business Development Sales Associate for an in-office full-time role in Bengaluru, Karnataka. As a Business Development Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills along with a sales and performance-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate should be well-planned, organized, and have strong time management skills. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred, and knowledge of any additional language is acceptable. You should also be able to work effectively in a team, demonstrating business development, account management, client relationship management, and customer service skills. The salary for this position ranges from Rs.13,500 to Rs.15,000 per month, with negotiable terms. Additionally, there is a sales-based incentive structure of 10% to 40%, with an average associate taking home over Rs.1L every month in total. The total package after incentives can amount to over Rs.12L per year. The work timings for this role are from 9 AM to 6 PM.
