• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry, market trends, and client behavior
• Highly process-driven with reporting habits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic
  

• Generate 810 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month
• Conduct personalized outreach via 3040 emails/LinkedIn messages daily
• Make 3040 cold/warm calls per day to qualify prospects
• Identify and reach out to key decision-makers and influencers
• Assist the sales team with follow-ups and closures
• Draft strategic responses addressing the prospects pain points
• Manage and maintain outreach records using the company's CRM
• Develop and maintain an email template library
• Submit structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
  

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM-based roles
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales outreach
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and current B2B sales trends
• Excellent problem-solving and objection-handling skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, results-driven, and enthusiastic
• Team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
