Role Overview

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads across SAP, Procurement Tech, and Logistics Tech domains.
• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to secure meetings.
• Pitch partner offerings confidently to C-level and mid-level decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Lead2Win consultants for meeting handovers and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report weekly progress.
• Travel to UAE/KSA for in-market meetings when required.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client-facing interactions.
• Quick learner who can adapt to multiple partner offerings.
• Willingness to travel internationally for short business trips.
