Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our various partners to expand in middle east. You will play a critical role in generating new leads, setting up meetings, and pitching the offerings of our global technology partners. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads across SAP, Procurement Tech, and Logistics Tech domains. Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to secure meetings. Pitch partner offerings confidently to C-level and mid-level decision-makers. Coordinate with Lead2Win consultants for meeting handovers and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in CRM and report weekly progress. Travel to UAE/KSA for in-market meetings when required. Requirements 4-7 years of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or business development. Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is a plus). Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client-facing interactions. Quick learner who can adapt to multiple partner offerings.
