Business Development Representative (BDR)

• Execute targeted outbound email campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients.
• Initiate cold calls to generate interest and introduce our solutions.
• Qualify leads and nurture relationships to transition prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and interactions using CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion goals.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport and trust.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and outreach strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate lead quality and conversion potential.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced sales environment is a plus.
