Business Development & Recruitment Associates

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tendering & Contract Support

• Identify, prepare, and submit tenders and bid applications.
• Manage compliance documentation and company credentials.
• Research new opportunities for contracts and partnerships.

2. Marketing & Communications

• Create and post marketing materials and social media content.
• Support website updates, brochures, and branding initiatives.
• Develop and execute basic marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates.

3. Sales & Business Development

• Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives.
• Assist in presentations and proposals for new contracts.

4. Recruitment Coordination

• Write and post job adverts on multiple platforms (including Nocrew).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Support compliance checks, onboarding, and database management.

5. Team Collaboration & Flexibility

• Work collaboratively to divide tasks fairly and maintain equal workload balance.
• Provide cover for each other as needed across all functions.
• Support management with ongoing projects and improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and written English.
• Basic knowledge of marketing, recruitment, or business development.
• Strong computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, social media tools).
• Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience in healthcare, recruitment, or public sector tendering.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence working independently and within a small team.
