Key Responsibilities: 1. Tendering & Contract Support Identify, prepare, and submit tenders and bid applications. Manage compliance documentation and company credentials. Research new opportunities for contracts and partnerships. 2. Marketing & Communications Create and post marketing materials and social media content. Support website updates, brochures, and branding initiatives. Develop and execute basic marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates. 3. Sales & Business Development Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain client relationships. Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives. This is not a marketing website role. This is about building real internal tools that power recruitment operations. Your Role You will be a key contributor in designing and shaping: A high-quality, user-friendly recruitment website A powerful, intuitive CRM & ATS system Internal tools that improve operational efficiency Workflow-driven systems used daily by recruiters and admins Automation-led user journeys across the recruitment lifecycle This role has strong growth potential .
