We’re currently working on a high-impact internal website and CRM project and are looking for a Website Developer who brings more than just coding skills to the table. Your Role You’ll be a key player in helping us build and enhance: A high-quality, user-friendly website tailored to recruitment workflows. A powerful, intuitive CRM system to streamline staff and client interactions. Tools that enhance operational efficiency across the recruitment process. This role has growth potential – for the right candidate, it could lead to a permanent position or admin/management role within our tech division. What We’re Looking For Excellent spoken and written English (clear communication is essential). Strong experience in website design and development (WordPress, Webflow, or custom frameworks). Experience in CRM development and integration (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or custom-built solutions). Solid understanding of recruitment operations and technology . Business Development & Recruitment Associates bengaluru 0 - 5 years INR 0.5 - 0.6 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Key Responsibilities: 1. Tendering & Contract Support Identify, prepare, and submit tenders and bid applications. Manage compliance documentation and company credentials. Research new opportunities for contracts and partnerships. 2. Marketing & Communications Create and post marketing materials and social media content. Support website updates, brochures, and branding initiatives. Develop and execute basic marketing campaigns to attract clients and candidates. 3. Sales & Business Development Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and maintain client relationships. Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives. Assist in presentations and proposals for new contracts. 4. Recruitment Coordination Write and post job adverts on multiple platforms (including Nocrew). Source, screen, and interview candidates. Support compliance checks, onboarding, and database management. 5. Team Collaboration & Flexibility Work collaboratively to divide tasks fairly and maintain equal workload balance. Provide cover for each other as needed across all functions. Support management with ongoing projects and improvement initiatives. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven ability to multitask and adapt to different responsibilities. Excellent communication and written English. Basic knowledge of marketing, recruitment, or business development. Strong computer skills (CRM systems, MS Office, social media tools). Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude. Desirable Attributes: Experience in healthcare, recruitment, or public sector tendering. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
